At Tininest, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected, and we have outlined our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, and with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, and in the same condition as it was received.
We must receive your request to return an item within 7 days of the date you received your item. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Non-returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns for the following:
- Seasonal items
- Perishable items
- Intimate items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Beauty items
These categories are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with your request and send your item to the return address provided in our instructions.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
